How it works

  1. Ask for your card

    Just ask any member of our team. It is free, and we take your name, email and phone number so we can send you tasting invitations and offers. Nothing else.

  2. Earn on every order

    You get 10% back as credit towards your next visit, calculated on what you actually pay, tax included. Show your card before you order so it gets registered. Takeaway counts too, and the credit goes to whoever pays the bill.

  3. Spend it whenever

    Use your credit on anything on the menu, apart from special offers and promotions. There is no minimum, it can cover a whole bill, and it never expires. Spending credit does not stop you earning on the same visit.

Questions

Can I earn and use credit on the same visit?
Yes. You earn 10% on the amount you actually pay, so if you settle a €40 bill using €5 of credit, you earn 10% of the remaining €35.
Is there a minimum to earn or to spend?
No minimum either way. Credit can cover an entire bill if you have enough saved.
Does takeaway count?
Yes, for earning and for spending.
We are a group. Who gets the credit?
Whoever pays the bill. Cards cannot be combined across one table.
Do private events earn credit?
No. Private events and group bookings are outside the programme.
Can I build up credit over time?
Yes. Credit never expires, it stacks, and you can save it as long as you like.
What if I forget to show the card before ordering?
We may not be able to register the credit for that order, so show it before you order.
Can I give my credit to someone else?
No. Credit is non-transferable and has to be used by the cardholder. Cards are one per person, though couples are welcome to share one.
What if I lose my card?
We may not be able to recover the credit on it. The balance is tied to the physical card, so keep it somewhere safe.
Can I check my balance online?
Not yet. Ask any of our waiters and they will check it for you.
Does my credit work at the partner businesses?
No. Credit is spent at Zetto. At our partners your card gets you 10% off their own prices, and you need the physical card with you.
I showed my card but did not get the discount. What now?
Email us at info@zetto.eu and tell us what happened. We will look into it and put it right.

Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or refunded. Cards remain the property of Zetto. We may change or end the programme, giving reasonable notice here and at the bar; credit already earned stays usable during that notice period.

The name, email and phone number you give us are used only to manage your card and to send you tasting invitations and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to info@zetto.eu. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
